What happens if my package gets lost?

The shop is not responsible for tracking, changing a delivery address, or filing a missing mail claim through USPS. If mail does not arrive on time for a specified event, the shop is not responsible and will not replace or refund the items. Fees for rerouting are not the responsibility of the shop and must be incurred by the customer only. Note it may take 7-21 days (or longer) for the US Postal Service to investigate missing mail claims. Please factor this information into purchase timelines

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing is listed in each listing. Please confirm all dimensions before orders as pieces are not necessarily true to size.

Why did my estimated shipping date change?

Due to the personalized nature of most of my products, I keep a small stock but typically order the supplies to customize the day you place your order. Vendors, at times, have unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, I will communicate this to you as soon as I am made aware. If we are able to come to a mutually agreed upon resolution, we will continue with the order. If not, I will provide a full refund.

What if I need my shipment before the expected delivery date?

I will do my absolute best to accommodate earlier deliveries, however, some circumstances are outside of my control. As such, the seller is not responsible for delays from the shipping company. This is including but not limited to delays in expected delivery date. Shipping and processing times are estimates and vary based on demand. If I'm able to accommodate a rushed order, I am not responsible for increased shipping costs accrued due to rush shipping.

What if there was an error with customization?

If there is ever an error with customization, I will remake your order or issue a refund.

What if I don’t like the item?

If there was an error on my end, I will remake it at no cost to you. If the dissatisfaction applies to something communicated by the seller or something in the item description, I am not responsible. Please note, different computers show slightly different variations of colors. The color you see on your monitor may vary from the finished product. If the issue is something else, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

If buyer and seller have agreed on a return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. In cases of a full refund, Etsy will actually not allow me to refund more than the amount paid.

I need my order by a specific day! What can I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee delivery by a specific day. Once packages are dropped off at USPS, the rest is completely out of our control. Shipping estimates are not always accurate. Typically, packages are delivered without issue. However, it's not unusual for packages to be delayed, to arrive late, even when using expedited shipping. To better your chances of receiving the item on time, there is an option to upgrade your processing time as well as your shipping speed. Again, this is not a guarantee that you will receive your package by the date needed. Please factor in the possibility of a delay with purchasing timelines!
